1 Introduction and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the solt baji platform and all its services. By creating an account or using any service on solt baji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use this platform. solt baji reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any such change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

solt baji services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

If it is found that an account holder is under 21, solt baji reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit all funds held in it.

2.1 Identity Verification

solt baji may request identity verification from any account holder at any time. This may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account on solt baji. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account termination.

3.3 Account Security

Keep your username and password completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact solt baji support immediately. The account holder is solely responsible for the security of their account.

Sharing account credentials with third parties or operating an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for deposits on solt baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

Withdrawals are processed through the same methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10–45 minutes.

4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

Funds deposited into an account will only be returned via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

solt baji offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Specific wagering requirements must be met to receive a bonus.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
The same person may not use a single bonus offer more than once.
After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time limit.
solt baji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The solt baji VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. For example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. 6 Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the solt baji platform:

Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
Conducting transactions using illegal funds or money laundering.
Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
Colluding with other users or attempting to artificially influence platform outcomes.
Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
Registering an account using a false identity or fake documents.

If any such activity is detected, solt baji will immediately close the relevant account and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Casino Games

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled according to standard odds policies. If a match is cancelled or postponed, solt baji will settle bets according to the applicable policy. Betting on all sports, including cricket — in particular BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup — falls under the same policy.

7.3 Technical Issues

solt baji is not responsible for the outcome of any round disrupted by network issues, server errors, or device problems. In such cases, the policy of the relevant game provider will be followed.

12 Account Closure and Termination

Any user may request to close their account at any time. After the request is submitted, any eligible balance in the account will be returned to the registered payment method.

12.2 Closure by solt baji

In the event of a breach of these Terms, solt baji may close any account without prior notice. In cases of closure due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited.
